Maleware??

Friday my Internet Explorer would take almost 2 minutes from the time I clicked to the time it opened. I ran Ad-aware, Pestpatrol & Spybot. Ad-aware and Pestpatrol were clean, just a couple cookies. Spybot give me the following error message:

“Error during check!: Xuron55.Installdollars (Datei C:\WINNT\win.ini kann nicht ge?ffnet werden. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) ()

Congratulations!: No immediate threats were found. ()”

I can’t clear it. I’ve used msconfig to uncheck everything, but Win.INI won’t uncheck. I’m still getting this in Safemode.

Does anyone have any ideas??? My system is a 1.3Ghz running W2K sp4. All updates are current.
