Managing MS Outlook 2000

As I am new to working with outlook, I thought I woould post this query. In my newsroom there are 25 shared computers. I have 40 people that use these machines on a daily basis. I need a way to assure that when a person logs on to machine “A” and checks their e-mail that another person who might come in behind them and relaunches outlook, that the first persons mail will not be visable to the second or for that matter the 3rd person. My concern is that you cannot be assured that each person will log off the machine forcing a new profile to be loaded.
