Manual Uninstall of Exchange Enterprise

Does anyone know of a manual procedure for uninstalling Exchange Enterprise Edition ? Can not use “Setup” to uninstall because the installed edition is Enterprise and the client only has normal Exchange CD’s. (Long story)
