Many messages in Inbox

I have numerous message in MS Outlook 2007. Today I couldn’t open my Inbox, I launched ScanPST and Outlook popped me up…The Inbox Repair Tool doesn’t recognize the file outlook.pst. No information can be recovered. Now I’ve no idea how to fixpst outlook 2007.
