Mapisp32 Problem

I have a problem with my computer hanging and I think I have traced it to the Mapisp32 file. When I run Netscape 4.7 then close it the Mapisp32 opens and closes correctly. BUT when I open and close MS Outlook 97, the
Mapisp32 moves from the bottom of the Task List to about midway up the list. If anyone has run across this problem please let me know.
