Master File Table (MFT) corruption

Does anyone here knows the solution when an MFT corruption occurs on an NTFS volume of a Win NT 4.0 Server running MSCS?

We had encountered this problem when our stored data reached 415GB. We are using a two Compaq 8500 and an RA8000.
