Microsoft Exchange 2003 webmail

I have configured Microsoft Exchange 2003 and all users can conenct using Microsoft Outlook.

However, i want to use the Web Mail access. it was perfect before with exchange 2000. i use https://myserver/exchange

now it is not working. What shall i do to correct it.
