Microsoft Exchange Online Server (1 email shared across 8 local clients)

My office is looking for storage space solution for our group email address (1 email address on 8 local computers). Would it be possible to configure Microsoft Exchange Online to leave copies of emails on the server so that our 8 local clients can download the same email multiple times (at different times) onto their local Outlook .pst file?

Ideally, each local client should see a copy of every email sent out in their inbox as well…not sure if this is possible with Microsoft Exchange Online. Thanks.
