Hi guys,
I’m new to this site and looking forward to helping out as well as learning some stuff.
So this issue is with XP.
My dad went to boot up his pc and it stops at the Microsoft screen with the green scroll bar that runs from left to right. It stops there.
I tried to boot up into Safe Mode, and Safe mode with command prompt, and last known configuration and it scrolls through all the drivers then stops. At the bottom is says to please wait… That will stay for hours.
If I enter the repair console it gets me to the Admin password, which I do not know. I tried blank, and I tried his other passwords, but with no success.
No new hardware was installed, and I don’t know if he said yes to any downloads. Im am stuck at this point.
Any ideas?
