microsoft proxy server autodial

i am using microsoft proxy server 2.i have two problems.

1) autodial feature is working only on the proxy server machine.actually if any of the web proxy client requests a web page which is not in the catch, autodial should dial and connect to the internet.but it is not working from client. any solution ?

2)even though autodial feature is working on the proxy serevr i am manually entering the user name and password for my ISP.can anyone send me a script , which i can modify with my requirement and use it ?
