Microsoft VB 6.0 Data From Wizzard Error

Just as an experiment I was trying to import table information useing the VB Data Form Wizzard. When I selected the Option near the end of the wizzard that said use ADO Code. I assumed that it had done everything for me this way.

When I ran the project to test the new from I found that it was hindered in bugs. is this a problem with how I set up the Wizzard, or is it indeed a fault of Microsoft in poor wizzard design
