Microsoft Word 2002

Have you seen this issue?? we have had a couple of clients with XP and works suite 2002, who are getting a visual basic ctt error in word and then word closes. one of our clients has 3 systems and it happens on 2 of her systems both 500’s not on her laptop. Both Tim and I have researched all issues with software and hardware, all diagnostics pass and no viruses. we have researched technet and microsoft website–we tried the speu library file from microsoft website, still didn’t work andclient has done updates for XP and application, Any ideas?? has anyone seen this??
