migrating win2k server on network

hi all
i’m predominantly a mac and unix user but have been dumped in the position of having to migrate a win 2k server box to a different segment on the network.

can anyone give me any hints on what things i need to think about? obviously aspects such as:
IP addresses
Shares
Logins
MS Domain
DHCP & DNS
etc

any suggestions/comments would be much appreciated (and i’d probably faint with relief if there happended to be some kind of checklist out there that my help me in this – no doubt someone has done it before). thanks all.
