Mobile 3D Scanner

I’m looking to create a mobile 3D Scanner with just a smartphone, kinda a photogrammetry thing but simplified and low cost. I’m using it for visualization of real objects and looking for make a database or an API so I can visualize a 3D made of only photos taken by a smartphone. Actually don’t know what software or hardware would be suitable for low cost and easy usage. Any ideas or tips?
