Mobile app

Hello House, i have a app that has been banned/blocked on my Andriod and ios phone whenever i want to sign up.
Whenever i factory reset my phone, i am able to sign up but whenever the account on the app is blocked or deleted. I won’t be able to sign up using that phone until i do a factory reset.
Pls any suggestions to this without factory resetting my phone always.
