Modem sharing

We have an ISDN modem on an NT Server that we want to share between our developers. I believe a modem sharing service is included on the SBS installation. Does anyone know if this is available for standard NT installations and if so, how do I go about it.

If not, can anyone recommend modem sharing software for NT Server?
