Mouse Driver INI file Instructions

Where can I locate information on mousedrv.ini setting. We have a three button logitec mouse that is misbehaving. Unfortunately, we no longer have the software. This is a MS-Dos application, for our leather cutting table. The mouse is no longer responding correctly to the mouse button combinations; three buttons depressed together terminates the commande, Left and Center open a box to mark a flaw. INI file no longer reflects and commands for the third button.
