Moving exchange mailboxes

We have two companys on one exchange server.
e.c.company1.nl and company2.nl.
company2 is moving, so company1 bought a small bussiness server.
the sbs server does not have an exchange connector.
What is the smoothest way to move the boxes to there new home ?
