Whilst trying to forward message on Thunderbird a screen appeared referring to: “Welcome to the Mozilla Quality Feedback” which reads as follows quote:The Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent gathers predefined technical information about Thunderbird and sends it back to the Mozilla software development team so we can improve future versions.
Using the agent is simple- just use this setup wizard to initialize the agent.
Click next to continue. If you do not want to run the Agent right now click Cancel. You can run this setup wizard by clicking on the Agent icon in the Mozilla Utilities directory.
Talkback is a Trademark of Support Soft Software,Inc.unquote unfortunately this screen does not have any “Next” or “Cancel” text therefore unable to rid myself of the screen. Only by Ctrl -Alt- delete under applications, and End task of the above however, do not want to keep on doing this every time I open up Thunderbird therefore would appreciate help in ensuring that the screen does not keep appearing.
