MS Access 97 – Automation Error

A VBA application in Access gives me the following error message when installed on one particular Workstation with Windows NT 4.0:

The expression On Load you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: Automation error – Unable to impersonate DCOM client.

Microsoft addresses Automation Error using their Article ID:Q171207 on the knowledge base. However, their solution doesn’t solve this particular problem. Help!
