MS Access 97 Does not close properly

My Win 98 and NT clients has problems closing Access properly. I have installed SR2b office 97 update and I still have the problem. It is not related to a specific DB. This occurs more times than it does not. A user then has to preform the three finger salute and “End Task” each Access 97 instance that is stuck in memory. This is a huge pain for me (admin) and the users. Did I miss some MS Access Service Pack? I am setting an Access DB properity wrong?
