MS access error

Hi to all.
I have Windows 7 in my laptop inside which I use MS Office 10. I have created some database files for my clients in MS Access. Now when they try to open those database files to modify the data something stops them to go further. And that is an error something like this: “Microsoft Access has detected corruption in this file.”
They have send those database files back to me. Now I can’t make them again. How shall I fix this error from those database files? Is there anyone who can take me out from this problem. Thank you!
