MS Office 2003 Office Assistant Gallery does not work on Vista

When you try to change the Office Assistant on MS Office 2003 running on MS Vista you get the message: “There is not eough available memory..” Of course I have a new computer with 2 GB of RAM and a 320 HD. So, anyone knows how to make this work?
Only the paper clip shows.
