MS Outlook Message Rules

I’m looking for a program that will read the RWZ file and list each rule.

I’d also accept the data layout of the RWZ file so I can write my own program.

The rules wizard is clumsy and takes time (have to page thru multiple screens to see the whole rule). Multiply that by the hundreds of rules I have, and that makes it virtually impossible to view each rule, let alone debug which rule is misbehaving.
