MS Project – Incomplete Tasks using Resource….

In versions prior to 2010, I created a filter with the above name that allowed me to create individual To Do Lists. The filter showed a drop-down list of resource names from which I could pick. When I moved the filter to Project 2010, I was instead presented with a text box – mis-spell a name, and no data is displayed. Is there any way to get this drop-down back?

The syntax for the 2nd half of the filter is set up as Field: Resource Names, Test: contains and Value: [Resource Names]. In 2010, this seems to get interpreted as “any resource names”.
