MS Proxy Server and IP Connectivity

I have an NT netowrk running MS Proxy Server. I am trying to use a vpn connection from the office to a remote client. From the Proxy, I can log in wothout a problem. from any PC, however, I can not connect. Additionally, I can not even ping across the Proxy to the Internet. I get name resolution, but destination host unreachable errors.

Any Ideas?
