MsAccess97-Distributing Databases

I am using MsAccess 97 Professional on Windows 95/98 PCs.

I have created a Microsoft Access 97 database with a form that contains an ActiveX control on it and when I tried to distribute it to a colleague, the form gave an error as the ActiveX control did not exist on his PC.
1. What can I do to transfer the ActiveX control to his PC; and
2. In the future, how can I see what other files apart from the MDB I would need to transfer to get the database to work properly on another PC?
