MSWORD Processing using Java and XML

Hi There ,

Can anyone give me the pointers to access,read,modify,save a given MSWORD(.doc file) document using JAVA and XML. Also it needs to be translated from XML back into MSWORD document.

Is there any source code or any shareware tools available for this.
