Hello all,
I have a client running a truck-routing program in a terminal server session. He’s using Windows 2000 with an nVidia dual-head video card and two Samsung 19″ flat panel monitors. Locally this setup works fine, but when the user establishes his remote session with the terminal server (WIN2K3) it only occupies about 60% of his cumulative screen area. Once connected to the term. server I’ve tried going into display properties, but the max it will go is a 16:9 resolution. I guess effectively with 2 4:3 monitors side-by-side the aspect ratio becomes 8:3, and Terminal server can’t handle that wierdness. If anyone has any ideas before they make me send these things back they would be my personal hero. Thanks,
Shawn
