Multiple OS’s of NT4

I have a 9GB hard drive and I would like to install two copies of NT4.0 server on it. One copy on partition C and one on partition D. Currently, I can install a copy on c:\ but when I try to install to the D:\ partition I get a can’t find NTLDR error after the first restart. Any ideas? I think it has to do with the boot.ini but I can’t modify it because the time is set to 0 after the first restart. Thanks in advance
