Multiple Users receving meeting invite intended for one person.

I am using Outlook in Exchange Online and when I send a meeting invitation to my one user, other people are able to accept on behalf and also my end user reports that the meeting events disappear from the calendar. Nobody else should be able to look at the meeting invitation, being again sent to only one person. Any Suggestions?
