Multiple WinXP on Computer

For recreation, I like to create videos on my computer. The problem is that I’ve got so much on my WinXP configuration that my DVD Authoring programs won’t burn DVD’s due to a software conflict. My solution would be to have a second drive devoted to Video. To accomplish this, I’d like to install WinXP on the 2nd drive.

Can I use the same WinXP which on the 1st drive for the 2nd drive?

Are there any concerns which I should be aware of when doing this?
