Music

I am running Win Nt4 SP6.
When running realjukebox and listening to music, everytime I close/open/switch windows there is pause in the music and sometimes the sound is completely gone.
What can I do to fix that?
I have already downloaded the latest driver for my OEM-Crystal sound card, model CS4236B
