My account got disabled , and the website disabled all new account i made

My account at shopping store has been disabled , tried new 4 accounts and they all got disabled . What happens i used for new accounts , same device , activated VPN , created new emails , and used my maiden name, new phone number , new address , but website keep disabled all the time . What should i do to prevent this happen , guys ?
