My Brother Laptop

My brother has his laptop screen broken.Most of it is black and part of it works.

It is ACER ASPIRE 5220g.

I found screens on Amazon.com for the same model but I found a number just after the model number like the following:
ACER ASPIRE 5520G-302G16 LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 15.4″ WXGA GLOSSY CCFL (SUBSTITUTE PART NO.)

What is the number 302G16 ?
Could this screen fit into my brother laptop or it is made for a different laptop?

My brother will leave after 3 weeks hope that you can help me as usual so I can by him a suitable screen.
