my dell optiplex gx240 blue screen error

Hello!
after i reformat my hard disk drive (maxtor 40gb) and installed a fresh copy of windows xp service pack 2 then reboot it, suddenly it asked to, safe mode, start windows normally, so on, but however no matter which one i select does blue screen of death having these stop codes 0x0000007b (0xF9E4952B 0XC0000034 0X00000000 0X00000000)ive formatted my hard drive many times and partitioned it well but it still happen my motherboard is foxconn LS-36

i am using bios revision AO3 now, i cant reboot my pc, just the bios??

i dont know what to do now,,, so please help me here ..
