My IE screen has shrunk

Running W2K, IE 6.0.2800.11061c – latest MS security patches.

Problem: my ie screens have all dropped down the screenthe distance of the window label – thus I can’t reach the scroll bar at the bottom to move the screen right or left. Tis a general pain.

It is not happening on anything else – Outlook Ex is fine, Word, etc. all ok so it’s not the display.

It seems to have started after my home page site (kcbx.com) had an ad that installed a tool bar at the top of the screen – I bitched to them and they took it out but the screen has shrunk and changing home page doesn’t do anything
