My Laptop Hangs Up when I watch youtube streaming Viideos

Hi i have recently upgraded my laptop to 1 GB RAM,
But iam still not able to watch online streaming videos on youtube and google videos .Here is my problem after watching you tube video for 15 mts my laptop freezes i need to restart again .Can anyboby provide solution this it would be great help to me.
