My manager is a baby!

Let’s start another discussion about working with babies.
I’ve read the article about how to lead a group of babies, but I know that many of you have had a babie as your manager.
How can you deal with a manager that never listen to anybody but himself?
How can you deal with a manager that doesn’t involve their people while determining next year objectives because he thinks he’s always right and everybody will follow him?
How can you deal with a manager that doesn’t like his people talk withhis boss, eventhough you’re working in an open-door-policy enterprise?
How can you ask something to your manager if his answer depends only on his current mood?
