mylex dac 960 raid card

after a hard drive failure we added one more disk and rebuilt the raid .after successful rebuild it showed a list of bad blocks on channel 0 and target 0.while installing NT it is not showing any bad blocks and autochk is also not showing any bad blocks.then why the raid card showed the list of bad blocks.

which one is correct.should i replace the hard disk.
