“name cannot be matched in the adress list” in outlook/exchange

Hi guys,

Need some help here as the new starter of the company are unable to setup their outlook account thru exchange. all data was checked and verified and are only affecting new starters- its all mapped and pointing to proper accounts.

however they are able to send/receive mail thru web -owa email acess.

what could be the possible problem?
