NAS Storage

I am looking buy new supermicro 36 Bay Storage device

can you answer me below my questions
.
1. How will it manage the backup of such a large amount of data? (We have 20TB live data 60 TB Archive 1 TB per month growth)
2. How will it manage network traffic (will it keep corporate network traffic separate form SAN/NAS/iSCSI traffic)
3. How will it ensure that editor???s iSCSI is working with maximum possible speed?
4. How wills it ensure that all users will be able to all resources?
5. Any comment on the exchange backup is welcome.
