NAT for Microsoft Proxy 2.0

Is there NAT for Microsoft proxy 2.0? I’m using Win98 SE ICS right now and it works just like a dialup connect. With MS Proxy I can do alot more, but I have to configure Winsock and other as well? Is it possible to do a simple like Win98SE in MS proxy 2.0?
