Trying to Install Norton Antivirus for Microsoft Exchange. We get the message “Error: The created profile does not have the exchange admin rights. (Error 2)” Then another message that says “Severe: Unable to create profile; it may be in use”. We have tried everything we can find on Symantec’s site, and Microsoft has tried to help us through this, but we have not been successful. Before anyone answers, don’t point us to any Docs on Symantec’s site… we’ve got them all, and the only thing we havent’ done is delete our priv.edb… OH, and we ain’t gonna! So, HELP!!!
