NDDEAGNT.EXE – Invalid Current Directory

When trying to log a non-administrator user into the domain, the following error occurs:
“The process cannot switch to the startup current directory C:\. Select OK to set current directory to C:\WINNT, or select cancel to exit” So I click OK, then I get; “Desktop – Can’t access this folder. Path is too long”
What does this REALLY mean???
