Need a solution

Hi, need a replacement technology please!

We use an access database performing the following functions:
Tracking computer purchases (Procurement)
PC Configurations (checklist of steps followed by the technician and additional software installed)
Tracking our rental / loaner equipment
Billing – charges related to PC Configurations / rental equipment

Anyone know of a reputable software that can perform these functions and not break the bank?
