Need help with server side scripting

Hello, I’m looking for a person, or people who have extensive knowledge with php and server side scripting as well as developing dynamic websites to help me go from the idea phase to the actual developement phase. I have good knowledge and the ablity to create and intergrate a web based front end, but my knowledge of php and server side scripting is limited. I basically would like someone who is willing to share their knowledge to listen to my ideas, and help me figure out the best way to handle and create each component.
