Need remote backup of Mac PC’s

OK, my art dept is reluctant to comply w/ my policy of saving all data to my file server so that we have a way to recover incase of a disaster…. they been working here for ever so they pretty much have run of the place… especially since we are an art driven company, i need a away to be able to force backups of thier PC’s every night to my server, i only need certain directories, but the entire system would would as well
