Need to swap OS hard drives

Hi, I have a computer with two hard drives, one is partitioned for the OS, one for the apps and one for data.
The OS one doesn’t have enough space left.
I have installed a second hard drive.
How can I get the content of the first onto the second and keep going. Is there an easy way rather than re-installing?
