Net Use error

I have a user that is trying to use the Net Use command, but is receiving hardware errors
when she tries to connect to the server. She’s able to access the internet and ping Yahoo, but when she tries to ping the server she’s trying to connect to she get a msg saying hardware errors. Any suggestions?
